Host a Self-Renewal Party!
Based on career and life balance coach Renée Trudeau’s new book The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life, a Self Renewal Party is a “Mom’s Night Out” with a message. This special event introduces moms to the concept of reconnecting with who they are and the Transformative Power of Self-Care in a fun, inspiring and supportive setting. Sometimes we need to be reminded that life is more than a “to do” list and that it’s important to hit the pause button and take time to nurture your emotional well-being. Women will also have the opportunity to learn about Personal Renewal Groups (PRG)—life coaching groups for women—that are forming around the Guide and how to bring the self-care message into their daily lives.

-Share the self-care message with your friends and community
-Find/recruit women in your community who want to start/join Personal Renewal Groups
-Begin a dialogue with women who are interested in the important themes outlined in the Guide
-Let women know about your upcoming Personal Renewal Group (if you’re already a Facilitator)
How Do I Host My Own Self-Renewal Party? It's as Easy as 1-2-3!
1. Set the date, time, and location.
2. Contact us to let us know about your party – christy@reneetrudeau.com. We will list it on the Renee Trudeau online calendar, in the Renee Trudeau ENewsletter and send you additional tips on how to host a successful party as well as free handouts on self-care.
3. Invite women using the invitation flyer (we have found parties that use this themed invitation have much better turnout than those that use Evites).
If you are located in Texas will have at least 30 women in attendance, please contact Christy McDonald at christy@reneetrudeau.com about having Renee speak at your Self-Renewal Party.
