Stacey Hoffer Weckstein
Evanston, IL

Stacey, can you tell us about yourself?
I’m a life coach and social media mom. I live in Evanston, Illinois, just a few miles outside of Chicago with my two little boys and husband. I’m living my passion as the Chief Mom Officer at The Mom Renewal Project, which is a supportive community designed to help moms to recharge – body, mind, & spirit – so they can live their best life as women, moms & partners. I offer in-person and phone-based Personal Renewal Groups for moms in the Chicagoland area, as well as one-one-one Mom Renewal Coaching programs.

Why did you become a Personal Renewal Group (PRG) Facilitator?
When I became a working mom back in 2003, I realized self-care was something I had to intentionally incorporate into my life if I was going to live my best life as a woman, mom, and wife. I also knew I was going to be the only person who could truly make my self-care and my Me Time a priority in my life. I knew I had to take action.

I became a PRG facilitator because I am committed to helping other moms recharge in body, mind, and spirit, so they can live their best lives as women, moms and partners. My mission is to create affordable opportunities that allow all moms to listen to their natural inner wisdom and to learn from each other. That is why I offer Personal Renewal Group by phone and why I’m committed to keeping my fees as low as a Weight Watchers meeting!

What are your favorite self-care activities?
My favorite daily self-care activities are meditating five minutes every morning, walking in sunlight and taking quiet moments to silently watch my children sleep at night. My favorite weekly self-care activity is my mom’s night out (I protect one night a week for ME time!). Other self-renewal activities for me include being near water, hiking in the woods, going to the spa, and laughing with friends and family.
